What you should do if you know you are probably going to prison for a drug offense.

Insist on a trial by a jury. The Magna Carta of 1215 allowed anyone who might be imprisoned the right to be judged by their peers. In most countries that is still the case.

Dismiss your lawyer and defend yourself. You really must defend yourself. Lawyers are part of the problem, the drug wars has been very profitable for them. Stop the drug wars and probably over 35% of them will be out of business because approximately 60% of all prisoners are there for drug related crimes. For many lawyers this is their bread and butter.

Understand in your own mind that you are the sole owner of your body and only you can decide what you can put in it. You must believe that because you have to convince the jury that they are the sole owners of their bodies, just like you. It has to be a personal plea to each member of the jury for them to understand that what we do to our bodies is our business only, never our governments.

Plead your PFR. Do not plead 'not guilty' or even worse, 'guilty'. You have no charge to answer because slavery is illegal. You are a political prisoner. Remember, only you own your own body. After you plead the PFR the judge will probably enter a plea of 'not guilty' on your behalf. In the USA the 9th Amendment of their Constitution* allows for the existence of such a right as the Primary Fundamental Right and the 13th Amendment bans slavery unless you are found guilty.

A jury has the right to find you 'not guilty' even if they know you are guilty. Some judges tell the jury that they don't have any options and must convict if they know the defendent is guilty. This is not true. All juries are free to come to a 'not guilty' decision regardless of what the judge says. That's the whole point in having juries. Juries can ignore the law if they don't agree with it simply by voting 'not guilty'. Alcohol prohibition came to an end in the United States when juries kept finding defendants 'not guilty' even though they knew they were.

If you are a drug dealer all the same rules apply but you must also defend the PFR rights of others to purchase whatever drugs they want from whoever they want. For you it is also Their Bodies. Their Business.

This is not a scam. You really are the sole owner of your body, the United Nations has also banned slavery.** You, as the owner, are entitled to do to your own body whatever you want. You are not owned by your government regardless what they say. Laws that say otherwise are illegal. Remember, that is your Primary Fundamental Right.
The pendulum has almost reached the top. Security measures taken since September 11th by governments around the world have made people very aware of how much of the hard earned freedoms won by their ancestors has been relinquished in exchange for supposed security. September 11th proved that excessive security doesn't work and it never will. The dissenting voices are getting much louder, hopefully soon they will sound like a roar in the ears of those who see their citizens as sheepish slaves. Only people who fight to increase personal freedoms are patriots, the rest really are sheepish slaves living in the 'State of Fear'.
* 9th Amendment - Rule of construction of Constitution. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
13th Amendment-Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
